Naikan Training Information
Naikan Schedule
-Begins: 4:00PM every Sundays
-Ends: The following Sunday morning
-The meditation lasts 7 nights and 8 days

-Toiletries
-Alarm clock
-Casual clothes ＊Laundry facilities not available
-Bedding and towels are provided
Requirements
Participants must agree to the following articles in order to practice Naikan:
-Be willingly determined to practice Naikan
-Hold no conversations with others during the meditation
-People of all ages can practice Naikan
-Applicants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Particularly, the following items are not allowed:
-Televisions
-Radios
-Newspapers, magazines,books
-Letters and phones
-No cellular phone during the meditation

Fees
Fees include breakfast, lunch, dinner and room accommodations.
